ICIP Support

Receptionist with plansMunicipal, County, School Boards, Tribes, Water & Sanitation Districts, Water & Wastewater Mutual Domestics, and other special districts are required to prepare their 5-year Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plans (ICIP) to the Department of Finance and Administration (DFA) to be eligible for a wide range of federal and state funding programs.  Molzen Corbin has partnered with communities to provide support in the preparation of ICIP’s for the past 17 years. We serve as a guide to our clients by providing strategic planning efforts that can be used to support the required ICIP data needed. These detailed plans outline community infrastructure improvements for water, wastewater, storm drainage, transportation, airport, community buildings, and parks, providing communities with a wide ranging and comprehensive ICIP inclusive of all community needs.  In addition, these ICIP’s can be continually reassessed to capture the needs of a growing local population and community services. Molzen Corbin helps communities outline and define infrastructure needs and goals for upcoming years, and if desired, our support can also be extended to include:

  • Support during public input process
  • Identification of funding opportunities
  • Programming of operation and maintenance expenses
  • Programming of repair and replacement expenses
  • Phasing and prioritization of large capital projects
  • Impact fee assessment
