Office Opened in Carlsbad, NM

A healthy volume of on-going engineering and architectural projects and on-call services contracts in several southeastern New Mexico municipalities and counties fueled the decision for Molzen Corbin to recently open offices in Carlsbad, NM. Located at the National Cave and Karst Research Institute, 400-1 Cascades Ave., the offices provide local access to clients such as Carlsbad, Lea County, Hobbs and Eunice, to name a few. Office hours are 8-5 and the phone number is 575.628.2707.

Molzen Corbin provides engineering and architectural services to clients throughout New Mexico and is headquartered in Albuquerque, with a fully staffed and equipped branch office in Las Cruces as well.

How Do You Design a Runway for Aircraft That Doesn't Yet Exist?

For our work at Spaceport America, Molzen Corbin’s airport engineers translated an abstract vision of space travel into real-world design, developing a runway to a pavement strength for an aircraft mix that does not yet exist.

With no prior model data from which to glean insight, our team drew on its considerable past experience as well as extensive interviews with potential users to develop numerous innovative design and creative solutions for Spaceport America’s colossal 10,000-foot by 200-foot concrete runway.
