Valencia Regional Emergency Communication Center

The Valencia Regional Emergency Communication Center (VRECC) is a project that combines all the emergency communication centers for Valencia County. The design of this 11,100 sq. ft. facility included coordination with the call equipment suppliers who provided the 911 response equipment, coordination with the access control and security groups utilized by the County, design of an emergency generator system, a uninterruptable power supply (UPS) system for the server equipment, LED lighting and similar. Redundant HVAC systems provide backup in the event of a primary system failure. Safety and security systems include wet and dry fire suppression systems, monitored fire detection and alarm systems, CCTV and access control systems.
