Job Description
Molzen Corbin, an employee-owned company, has been delivering high-quality engineering and architectural solutions to New Mexico communities for almost 65 years. Construction Observer will monitor construction project(s) in the field to verify that all work constructed is in accordance with approved construction plans and specifications. Position requires the ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications and contracts, and have familiarity with concrete, asphalt, soil material properties and testing procedures, and utility installation. Requires directly related experience or trade or vocational-related education. Must be able stand for long periods of time, walk long distances over various terrain, and work in inclement weather. Must present self in a well-groomed, professional appearance. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Must possess and maintain a valid NM driver’s license.
