Continued growth at DE II Airport created a demand for additional aircraft storage. This project included utility, landside, and airside extension and access improvements for approximately 50 acres of additional lease area adjacent to the existing hangar and fixed base operator sites. Molzen Corbin designed extensions for water, sanitary sewer, natural gas, and electrical power utilities and duct for a fiber optic communication system. The development area is building-pad-ready with rough grading and completed storm drainage. Asphalt concrete taxiways and electronically-gated roadways created lease sites that can be customized for tenants.
